1. Use of the Website

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and while using our services.
  4. You may not use DigicoPOS Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate feature descriptions, interface representations, and pricing information for our POS services.

Prices and subscription plans are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is displayed on our website at https://digicopos.com.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

By selecting a subscription plan and providing payment information, you are making an offer to purchase access to DigicoPOS Services.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any subscription for any reason, including but not limited to payment failures, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.

You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the DigicoPOS platform, including software code, interface design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and training materials, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of DigicoPOS or its licensors.

You retain ownership of all business data, transaction records, and customer information you input into the system. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the POS service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DigicoPOS, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@digicopos.com. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Retention policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka. Before resorting to legal action, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
